Making A Legal Will

Do you think it should be allowed that a person can contest a legal will? If someone leaves a will, shouldn't that be it, the final say? If these are teir wishes, who has the right to decide they deserve more from the estate? Why is it that even when demands are so clearly unfair, and causing pain to others, lawyers still believe that it is ok to make a case? I'm very interested in your thoughts, feelings, responses. Also, would you ever contest a will?
