What is the largest number of cats or you have ever had?

When I was a kid I brought home every stray kitty I found. At one point and time I had about 20, which some had had kittens. Now I just have 2 and that is plenty. I don't have the time to take care of a ton of animals like I did when growing up so I keep it to a minimum.

I lived with my inlaws for a while and they have 12 cats, so this is the largest amount of cats I've ever had.

Right now, I have 3 cats and it's enough for me at the moment. One of my cat is really dependant and need a lot of attention lol. When I was living with my mom, the most cats we had was 4. Each member of the family has is own cat. And my sister's cat had some babies, soe we were at 6 at that moment. But we had a really big house and all the cats were also going outside. So it,s was not a big deal. And everone was taking care of his cats and also to the other cats. :)

I would say that my family and I owned about ten cats. Of course, that was especially true when I lived at home with my parents. I bought some stray cats home. At the same time, neither of my parents believed in taking cats to a vet, so none of the cats were ever neutered or spayed. I used to beg my parents, but they refused and I didn't have enough money to do everything on my own. As you can imagine, those cats were basically outdoor cats, with a few of those cats unfortunately crossed streets and were killed. Now that I have my own home, I've owned three cats, the most, and keep them indoors all of the time. They get everything they need, including a cool air-conditioned home in the summer and a warm home in the winter. Except for the newest addition, Mimi, my cats sleep on the bed with me at night. The cats get lots of love and attention.

23 i think. Twenty two cats. We live in village.. so have more than enough space to accomodate them. Now we have.. let me see...yeah... 22....

I had 5 cats at one time. Onyx, Echo, Smidgett, Eros, and Gizmo. I am down to only Eros and Gizmo now but I miss my other babies a lot.
