What does quality of life mean to you? Is there universal agreement about its meaning, or is it culturally defined? Can you measure it, and if so, what is the best way to do this? Is it a single idea or concept, and if not, do people agree about which dimensions of quality of life are important?
For me quality of life means. To be healthy to work hard and always find enough time to spend with friends and travelling.

A quality life is a balanced life. Meaning, I laugh and cry, I smile and pout, I sleep and work... it's the presence of good and bad, the negative and the positive. How one will know he's happy if he doesn't know what sadness is? How one can appreciate the rainbow when he didn't experience the rain? Gladness, happiness and every good thing that we have are gifts from God - so is pain. To let us know where to stop and move on, to allow us to appreciate the little things that come along and to know the meaning of everything =)
