I guess I would have to say job satisfaction because I just gave up a high paying job in February that I had worked for 7 years in that particular company, and 14 years in another company. I was not happy with the way the company was ran, and there was so much favoritism, too many young kids allowed to come to work to have a social life and play on the computer. So, I gave my two week notice and that was the end of that. I am much happier now working in a Subway sandwich shop making half the salary that I was making, but everyone is treated equally and so that makes me happier. There is no stress and for that I am glad of. My family supported me in my decision because I was so unhappy and was not eating right in my old job and was losing too much weight. At the end of the day the thing that matters most to me is that I come home to my family and I am happy and not grouchy, so I have no regrets of leaving a high paying job for one that I really enjoy.

Maybe the job that really fit with your skill, and you know for sure you can do it well. And than after that you can learn whether you like it or not and at the same time is it profitable for you??? And from there you can make some improvement, love the job and get good salary...
