is peter petrelli will be on heroes-season 2?

I think that Sylar will not be a villian on Season 2, as he was apparently killed by Hiro. I have heard that Peter Petrelli will be appearing in Season 2, but I don't see how this could happen. It would have been interesting to see him fly off by himself, but not as much fun as Nathan flying off with him. What I don't get is how Sylar could have transformed himself into Nathan as was shown by the episode - 5 years into the future. I have not seen this as a power from anyone except Candice, and she was killed by Niki/Jessica Sanders.

i can't see why they would stop using sylar as the villain, he's a formidable enemy for the heroes and i think they will all have to join together to kill him. The thing about nathan patrelli being sylar is that sylar must take candices powers and so then he kills nathan patrelli somehow in the future ( maybe as i said on another thread posing as peter about to explode so natha flies off with what he thinks is peter but really it is sylar and sylar kills him in the air ). I am really looking forward to season two coming our way in the uk it has gotten so good now i just can't get enough so roll on season 2 and lets see some more heroes appear with wicked abilities.
