I want to share to you a tip I've been using here in my internet cafe. Often times a customer complains about a program or software that fails to respond properly. What I do to fix the problem is by restarting the PC without even restarting the machine itself. Here's how to apply the trick. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del. Under the processes tab select explorer.exe and press the Delete key. Ignore the warning notice by clicking the yes button. Your desktop icons and taskbar will disappear (this is normal). Then under the Windows Task Manager go to File and select New Task (Run...). Type explorer.exe and click the ok button.
