I use a credit card that offers rewards whenever I can. You don't pay finance charges if you pay the balance in full every month. You can accumulate points and exchange them for gift cards or items when you have enough points. So, it's a win-win situation. I keep cash just for emergency situations or in places that don't accept credit cards.

Even if I am having a credit and debit card, I am comfortable with cash Purchase. The city where I am living will accept all types of Cards. I rarely use the credit cards. I will withdraw money by using the debit card and make cash purchase. In some cases, the vendors will take some percentage for accepting the cards.

I prefer to use cash or a debit card, or check. I like to have the money taken out of my account that day or the next day. I only use credit when it is something that I need at that moment and don't have the cash or want to be able to pay it off over time.

It really depends on the amount I spend. If it's a small amount, then I would be using cash as using a credit card takes a longer time to check out. If it's a bigger amount, I would use a credit card because I am on point system. If I have enough points at the end of the year, I could use those points to redeem coupons in supermarket, which helps me to save a little more on the expenditure on food.

I have a dividend credit card and use that when I shop. My husband and I do the grocery shopping together and he usually writes a check unless he forgot it, then he uses his debit card. Now that he is over sixty, he does not get charged for it. I like the credit card because when I get the statement, I can see what category the items I bought came in. It makes it easier to budget. Besides cash to me is too dangerous. I would spend it.

I think that I'm one of the few people in this world who still writes checks! Beyond that, I typically use cash or debit card. I don't like to use credit cards too often because, even with the best intentions, I rarely pay it all off each month. I don't have a ton of will power to say the least!

I prefer cash while shopping. Not for any reason, I little bit afraid using credit card. It's like additive. It's easy to use, and it's made you forget your money for a while. And in the end of month, you have about a lot of bills. That's confusing..LOL. So, I rather use cash when shopping. At least, I don't have to worry about bills that will come out in the end of month.

I like to use cash transactions always. I use debit cards also, but rarely use credit cards. Idea of buying things in credit don't appeal me much
