Where do you prefer to seat, at the aisle, middle or by the window seat?

Everyday, i took a bus to work. And everyday i always wonder why most of the commuters prefer to sit by the window. I also noticed it when i'm travelling by air. Very often while in line waiting for my turn at the counter i would heard passengers asking if there's still available seat by the window. Actually, i also like sitting beside the window. It's because i get dizzy easily when i'm in any kind of moving transportation. The view that i see outside the window makes me enjoy the ride and forget about dizziness. What about you? Do you like to seat by the window? Why not the aisle or the middle?

Whether it's the train, the bus, or an airplane, I definitely prefer the window seat. I am a naturally curious person and I love being able to see everything going on around me when I am traveling. When I fly, I like looking down when I am landing in a familiar area and spotting landmarks. By bus or train, landmarks also help me realize how much further I am. It's also nice to know that I can lean that way and know that there will be no one sitting next to me on that side. With the window seat and my iPod playing, it works out perfectly.

very well explained thrwbckjay67. some of my friends i asked gave me the same reason. and honestly when i am travelling i also like to remember landmarks so the next time i go to that place it would be more easy already. also seating by the window i feel more relax. thanks for responding.

I prefer to seat by the window seat... I get bored easily so I prefer that anytime I feel bored I could easily look out of the window. And enjoy the view...while looking outside I sometimes imagine myself in the pretty house that Ive seen along the jouney... or the nice red car that I seen. I also observe what other people doing in the street...And also I could have a good source of air there.

I understand what you mean lucky_star. Travelling specially if its a long way is boring. and what more can be better than fresh air.
