Hi, and welcome to mylot. ONe thing that's good to do is be sure and go the your interests part, fill all that out. Then you can check for discussions on your interests. That's really nice becuz the topics are always something that your interested in. Make sure that you don't just write a bunch of nonsense. You probably won't get any credit for that. But hey, everyone has opinions about everything. Any time during the day you have things come up you have questions about, come to mylot and start a discussion about it. I joined 2 days ago, what I did was use the search box, using the discussion tab, and searched my favorite band. By doing that I found discussion that interested me, and got to learn the site a little bit. Hope this helps :)
