I brush twice a day.But for those who brush once a day,I guess night will be the good option since all the foods accumulated will be working on the teeth and gums along with the bacteria and other organisms in the night when we sleep. So by morning, they must have decayed the teeth and gums.So I think its better to do it in mornings and a mouth wash in the morning rather than brushing again. What do you say???

I will be brushing in the morning only. Your point is correct. It is better to brush in the night and a mouth wash in the morning

personally, i brush my teeth quite a lot. on a regular day, i would brush my teeth when i wake up, then as soon as i get home from school (during school i chew a lot of gum and i rise my mouth at the water fountain after lunch) then i brush after dinner and then right before bed.
I used to only brush 2-3 times a day until i got braces which got me into the habit of brushing more often becuase it gets pretty nasty when everything accumulates around the bracket and wires.
IF it were a weekend or like on summer vacation (like now) i brush after every meal or snack, especially if it is cookies or chips.
p.s. its not good to drink milk at night because its an acid and if you go to sleep with milk in your mouth and you dont brush then your teeth will root and decay. But...if you brush before bed, then there is no problem.
P.S.S i floss once a day as well =)
