I have read on other notice boards that people do not think that Gamst Pederson would be a useful addition to our team (not squad).
What planet are they on! He is a proven winger with pace, skill and the ability to beat a man, furthermore he is arguably the best set piece taker in the league!
Surely some swap deal in exchange for Bellers is the way forward. Bellers is surplus and would be welcomed back to Ewood with open arms. In exchange we would get a proven Premiership winger who is young and does not need a year to acclimatise (Simeo or Malouda). Historically scandanavians have been successful in our league and he would come at a lot shorter price than riskier options such as named above.
Your thoughts?

Whilst he would be a good addition to the SQUAD, we need more flair players - someone that can just turn the game around - Pederson's too much of a straight crosser ala Beckham

I have seen a lot of Pederson and have generally liked the player, but there definitely seems to be something missing with him. I just put it to consistency. He seems to have a brilliant outing and then in the next match he is rarely visible. Also for freekicks we have the likes of Riise and Alonso who are really good, not to mention Stevie G as well.
So I wouldn't really be looking to go all the way out for a player like Pederson. Of course, if we get a bargain deal then yes he can strengthen the side.
Cheers!

yes he is a decent player and has a few goals in him... i like any player that can get wide and get past people and as you say he is a great crosser of a ball.... definitely one to get if we can get him....although i think Benny Mcarthy is another we should be in for.. he is a class striker ands need sto be in a decent team to get the best out of him....

gamst would be a great addition to the liverpool squad. He is an acceptional freekick taker on his left foot and has a decent shooting ability. Liverpool needs more left wingers and thats where Gamst comes in.

Gamst is a really decent player, but last season he was fairly poor, i dont think you'll find many people managers who wouldnt want him in their team though.
