I am a new fan of this show. She gives a lot of great tips & her recipes sound yummy, despite the fact they are low fat.
Last night we had her Chiseled Chicken Parmesan. This is the first time I've actually tried one of her recipes, but let me tell you, my whole family was in HEAVEN!! It was so good. My husband said it, "tasted like the real thing." He doesn't usually like any food that is made lower fat, or lower calorie.
Has anyone else tried her recipes? I would like to know what you would rate them. Are there any improvements you would make to the recipe, or are they good just as they are.
Here is the link to her recipe page on Discoveryhealth.com http://health.discovery.com/fansites/devin-alexander/recipes/index.html

I would give Devin Alexander's recipes an A+ for my family. Her show and her cookbooks have been very helpful. I have been trying to lose weight but it can be difficult to do when I have to take care of my family. There just aren't enough hours in a day to exercise and be a full-time mom! Her recipes are not very complicated and my whole family loves what I put on the table for dinner. Even my youngest son (who can be such a picky eater) will eat Devin's recipes. Her food may be low in calories and fat but they are very flavorful and make my life easier. What are some other recipes you've tried that your family has enjoyed?

Thanks for letting me know! I will definitely have to invest in her cookbooks. I have only tried 3 of her recipes so far, but they have all been absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS!! I cannot believe how tasty they are. I almost feel like I'm cheating because they taste so good. You wouldn't know they were low-fat unless someone told you.
What is your favorite recipe of hers? Are there any that you can recommend, or share? I've tried her Chiseled Chicken Parmesan, Hand-cut Fries, and Chicken Enchilada one.

We tried the chicken enchiladas a couple of days ago. They were soooo good. Very tasty and delicious. One word of advice though, unless you like spicy food, do not increase the seasonings at the beginning of the recipe. The amounts she has in there are plenty! I increased it and although my husband and I liked it, we couldn't get the kids to eat it, as it was too spicy for them.

I am always looking for new recipes. But I have not heard about Devin Alexander. I make chicken Parmesan and everybody loves it in my family. We love all Italian food in general. But maybe this recipe is different?
On what channel is this show on? I would love to watch it and see if I like it. I will visit the site.
By the way, you can add your sites where you sell things in your profile. This way when someone visits your profile they can take a look at your site. Thanks for sharing hermitcrabheaven and take care!

Healthy Decadence is on the Discovery Health Channel - you should really check it out. Devin Alexander is entertaining to watch and when I make her food at home, it always comes out perfectly! If you love foods that are normally high in fat and calories, then you should buy her cookbooks (Fast Food Fix and The Biggest Loser Cookbook). She gives alternate recipes for those unhealthy foods that we all love and crave.
