pizzas contain lots of cheese and so they are harmful for health but you can make you nutrious pizza in your home without any cheese with lots of veggie toppings

If you were to make a wheat crust and use low fat cheese and meats with lots of vegetables pizza would be even healthier then it already is. But pizza really is a balanced meal on a piece of bread. Just make sure you have vegetables on it and only eat a few pieces at a time and you should be good. I like the ones with olive oil instead of the red sauce. I have heard those are healthier as well.

The first respondent has really said it all. You basically make the crust out of whole grain flour and add vegetables. I would also suggest making or getting a low-sodium or no-salt-added sauce, if you don't mind it (it takes a little getting used to not having the salt in it). And, if you can get it, use low-sodium/low-fat cheese, or no cheese at all. Then, the pizza will be as healthy as any other healthy dish.

Yeah, mabey if you tried wheat crust and low fat cheese. Try fruit toppings, like pinapple. And have diet soda with it.
