Theres only a black screen on my computer?

I turn it on and it loads (i use windows -.-) but when im about to get into the login screen nothing happens it just loads and turns dark, the computer and the moniter is still on what do i do? please dont get technical.

it is seemed , you must restall your windows system, don't worry about it, you can solve it just resetup it
