Do you think our moderators are among us?

I've had one of my posts deleted recently, so I am quite sure that either: there are moderators posing as members or: a member has reported the post to a moderator. I am not sure which.

It's probably true. How can you moderate if you aren't looking around the site? :P

Some one has to keep tabs on us. If they didn't things would really be out of control, people will think they can say anything.

I think I have one in my friend list :0, I know it because of the mesages hi/she gived me about some discussions get deleted, and they did... Small world huh :). Through some posts here on mylot, the moderators are payd 75 $ per month.

I have long suspected that and have responded to one mylotter saying so. He brushed me aside saying it cannot be.

There is a very good chance that they are indeed here...watching and monitoring...probably sevral of them...because it would require continuous reviewing....

I've often wondered the same thing. The moderators have got to be out there somewhere. I wonder who it is. hmmmm

Isn't it a good thing if they are here, keeping an eye on things? Surely it promotes a nicer site? I'm new here, but I was once a regular to a chat room, I loved it, but there were a few horrid people who really spoiled it for everyone. I still go there occasionally, but not like I used to. I think that if they had moderators, all the old regs would have stayed..it's a shame when things are ruined by a few awful people. I know cencorship isn't always a good thing..but it isn't always a bad thing either.
