How do you deal with office nuisance?

A shared office room can be very frustrating... particularly when it is shared by more than 10 people... (get the picture) noise... noise... and all noise... that you could ever imagine... shouting and discussions that are sooo annoying... plus an obnoxious officemate sharing your table... How do you deal with all these?

Well, Ignore then if can't then join them and have some fun...lol...
maybe the management should do the action regarding that matter.

It is not easy. I work in a small office too. 10 people in fact. It drives me crazy at times. Especially one employee I work with who never shuts up. His mouth constantly flaps about nothing. He also is an expert on everything. You name it, he knows all about it. He also butts in on any conversation. If other people are talking, he will just interject, and give his opinion, and or facts on it, even without you wanting him too. Also if you say something, like or darn, or whatever, he will chime in, and then start singing, oh darn or darn, .......... I want to scream. How do you make someone like that shut the heck up. I get so stressed, I can feel my blood pressure going. There is no place to go, because the office is too small. I totally hear you. Man I don't know what to say. I will be curious to see the feedback you get on this.
