I love curry chicken and have had some good curry goat before, but never curry duck. Not something that is popular here in the Mid-Atlantic US I guess. We do have some island style restaurants (where I've had the curry goat in fact..)
What is ordinary? When I was in High School I would have said so many things I take for granted as available cuisine would be outa this world. Pizza and Mexican was as exotic as it got for me then.
Middle Eastern, Chinese, Japanese (Hibachi and Sushi), Thai, English, Irish, Indian, Spanish, Mexican, Polish, various and sundry other Seafoods--- and others that I am forgetting. And all of these available within a few miles of my house!
Food, glorious food!
Say, would you mind sharing your recipie for curry chicken and/or goat? I'd love to try to make it sometime.

Well, i love chicken curry w/eggplant & pepper. Goat is a clean meat and I love it so much especially Kaldereta.
Duck I did not try.
