How do you clean your temporary windows files?

I'm wondering if you guys knows a trick like this that cleans your Windows manually? I've been using this small run command for years now and I'd like to know if this is safe or is there an alternative command that I should use instead.

I'm not sure about the manual way, i have mcafee internet security and they have menu of maintain computer in there there's a button we can Clean Computer...it's works like wonder it clean all unnecessary files including clean cache, temp file, cookies, even registry

I seldom will clean the temporary windows files. As I'm afraid it will load longer time when I browse a website.
