How do you clean your temporary windows files?

I'm wondering if you guys knows a trick like this that cleans your Windows manually? I've been using this small run command for years now and I'd like to know if this is safe or is there an alternative command that I should use instead.
Here's the small run command that I'm talking about.

Perhaps you've long since found a solution, but in case you haven't, here's mine: Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\Disk Cleanup

There is a freeware software called "easy cleaner" that is developed to maintenance in order pc: registry, delete temporary file etc
