Through the internet, men and women somewhat tend to meet other people. They chat , flirt and spend hours instead of speding more time with loved ones and family. Here, I've met alot of people saying that they found their someone through chat. Sad to say, because people should use the net wisely and with good intentions. I am not against this because it is very useful in researching.

Yes I agree that the internet is one major cause of divorce-I know for a fact I lived thru hell because of it-then on our 10th wedding anniversery I ended up in the hospital while he went to jail----he "found" his true love on the internet--told her he was only 40 yrs old-hes 60-had his own business-logging-was going to Canada to be with her and marry her--never said one word about being married and some of the emails that was sent back and forth would put some articles in Playboy to shame---so now the dragging divorce starts-of course I lived thru the old "its all my fault"stage-he stated I wasn't the same anymore-not since I went thru the hell of Cervical Cancer

Men and women have been meeting and flirting and cheating since there were men and women!! So I don't think the internet is the cause of break ups, just another means people use to meet other people. As always, people have to be responsible for their own actions, whether it is on the internet, in a bar, flirting at a grocery store - whatever! Personal responsibility - that's my new motto!

Well, it depends on how people are. If they care enough about their loved one, they won't go around trying to meet other people of interest online. I met my husband online and I'm happy. I go online to make websites and to express my opinions on mylot. I'm good to my husband because I love him very very much. I'd never hurt him in any way.
