My daughter just ordered her book 7

LOL. as ppl said it would be a huge phone bill... hope you don't have to pay some long distance fee XD I really think you have to buy one for yourself.

LOL. I think you need to order your own book or wait until she is finished and borrow her book. I love my mom but I couldn't imagine actually reading her a book over the phone. LOL. Good luck, I hope you figure something out!

If your daughter can afford the book, you can too, lol. I wouldn't want to read the book to someone, unless I was reading it to my kids. Reading Harry is an escape for most people, you can't escape if you're playing story teller for your MOM.

Along with everyone else I'm eagerly awaiting the final Harry Potter book, I can't wait to get straight into reading it. Perhaps you should suggest that as she is a good daughter she should order you one as well!! Good luck!

When the first book was issued to the market I didn't know how powerful it was. And I saw Harry Potter only of the 1st book. When it came the 3rd book, many neighbor children still shew their eagerness to read the book. Then I borrow all the first 3 books from my friend. Oh my god I read them continuously day by day. I think reading a book is better than seeing a movie.

I think that you should just order your own book. When I first started reading Harry Potter, I read it at the most random times of day. Maybe she feels that she does not want to not be able to read the book at 3 am because she doesnt want to call and wake you up. When the fourth book came out, almost every person in my house had one. My family is made up of six people, and we had four books. So yeah....keep posting on mylot and hopefully you will make enough money to buy your own copy of the book. Cheers!
