how can i lose weight

it is really hard to express my feeling, you know most chinese girls are quite slim, charming figure. but i am too fat now. i mean three or four years ago , i am confident on my figure, but my weight began to roar, i did not konw why . now everyday looking my photos that a few years ago hurt my heart deeply, i am determined to lose weight . i want to try some medicine , do you have any suggestions?

I can understand the anxiety's you are going through right now. Your being overweight compared to most chinese girls can bring you a strenous amount of emotional stress adding calories to your already plus figure. However, you must bear in mind that being does not make you ugly. It's how you look at yourself that calue the most. If you're planning to lose weight, then you need to watch for your daily intake of calories, try not consume too much sodas and watch your diet, also, you could try jogging or biking. Not only does the latter exercise promotes a steady and strong cardio-vascular activity but it also deprives your body from promoting unwanted and unhealthy calories. Also, try to find an extra time for yourself to meditate, clear your thought and focus on how you want to earn a desirable figure that according to you, could bring a more positive outlook in life. Affirmation of Thought can be useful and will help you achieve yur goals in life. As for any medicinal advice, I don't think I would be of any help as I am not a Medical Practitioner, however, you could try visiting any nearby Gym Facilities, I am sure there are a lot of Professional Advice that are just waiting for you there. I am currently taking zhen de shou, a chinese herbal slimming capsule. It works for me and after 2 weeks I have lost about 10 lbs. I gained weight right after my second pregnancy and I hope the slimming pill my friend recommended work...so far it does but I am not sure for how long.

I wouldn't suggest using medication to lose weight. Drink LOTS of water. Substitute water with another drink you drink a lot through out the day. For me, it was tang...I drink water instead of tang. Another obvious thing is eat less! Don't have a ton of snacks through out the day. If you need to have a swete, unhealthy meal...do it at breakfast. Eat ONE yummy bowl of cereal or something. But if you eat a healthy breakfast anyway...then that's good because you can eat three healthy meals a day. Make sure you work out, no matter how little, each day. I run on the treadmill. When I first started I could only say on for 3 minutes before I had to stop! But I ran everyday and everyday I stayed on longer. But I love to swim so I can stay in the pool forever! lol. So find an exercise that fits you and stick to it! I have lost 12 pounds so far, and if I can do that, you def. can too! Good luck :)

well, first of course , appreciate your kindness.and how cute you are , you know, at first glance i did not even realize what "tang" is,lol. you are so kind to substitute tang with soup, lol , what a special way to show your friendly attitude towards a chinese girl.congratulation on your remarkable achievement on losing weight. as to me , it is very very hot these days, i sweat just sit. i believe it is a great chance to lose weight, so let's become thinner and thinner together ,cheers!!

Just consentrate on your diet as well as on the exercises Just do that much only howmuch required. for example eat that much how much you exercised.

There are some supplements that may curb your appetite. These supplements only help so much. The biggest thing you have to concentrate is on the proportions of what you eat and how much calories are in what you eat. Also, exercising helps. By building muscles, you are increasing your metabolism. By increasing metabolism you'll be burning calories a lot more efficiently compared to fat.

Alli is a new OTC diet pill. Not a miracle diet pill but something to help you out while doing what your suppose to do. Over here it costs about $50.. So you may want to give that a try.

Have you heard about the new FDA approved die pill it costs about almost $50 if you round it off. I went to walmart the other day and it was all gone. If you ever consider taking the pill though obviously you have to eat right and do some exercises along with that. Don't get me wrong but I'm sitting here crunched to tight in my pants and I need some serious help in losing weight because I can't stick to any diet. Another thing you may want to try is dieters tea. In order to be successful in losing weight you have to be really determined which I have yet to do myself. I'm sure one of this days I'll be walking like I'm Jlo.. LOL.. another one is thinking positive.if one person can do it and so can we!!!

Try to have a protien diet. Diet pills has many complications. If you want to stay slim, you have to watch what you eat. Eating much in one go can be a problem. So, you have to have that determination to eat healthy foods. Avoid carbohyrates too much. Try to restrict calorie intake. If you want to loss weight as soon as possible, protien diet can be more effective.

I certainly understand because i am someone on the more obese side too... I guess u should go jogging or try exercising more often... It really helps alot.. N there wouldnt be side effects except tt u will look more healthy and more charming... Also... Try going to gym... Hope it helps...

It's easy and faster to lose weight if you do some physical activity 1h/day...I sugest jogging go to your city park in the morning and walk a bit :)
