Stay Wealthy, Stay Healthy! Do you excercise regularly?

As the saying goes, Health is wealth. I exercise regularly 3 to 4 times a week, my routines starts 5:0 am with stretching (legs, arms and trunk), 50 push ups, 20 setups and seven rounds of jogging in our sports complex' oval of 800 meters. On sundays i play basketball with my friends. What are your activities to make you healthy?

i do different types of activities to stay healthy.every morning i go for a 20 minutes walk.i walk instead of driving .i do pull ups.i also go for weights.
