What is your iguana's favorite food or treat?

My iguana seems to like dark green food better than most anything. He will always go for that when he has a choice. I guess that's good though, since that's what he needs.
His favorite fruit is watermelon. He still doesn't like to be picked up, but I do it anyway. Then he's so mad, he tries not to eat the watermelon out of my hand, but can never resist.
He also enjoys apples a lot. I've heard they like oranges, but mine doesn't seem to very much.

I have tried grapes, and he didn't seem to like them. It might have been because he was shedding, and VERY crabby. I don't buy them often, but will soon, to see if he likes them.
I picked some fresh rose petals today, and he absolutely LOVED them. He was all ticked off cause I took him out of his cage after "bed time" but couldn't help but pig out on the roses.
I make sure to only give him the dark greens like arugula, collards, dandelion leaves, and only occasionally throw in dark green lettuce. He only gets that when our "people" salad is just past it's prime. I won't even feed my family iceburg lettuce, so I wouldn't even think about giving it to a pet.
I appreciate you posting that, though. I see a lot of pet stores giving their small iguanas big chunks of iceberg lettuce, and large chunks of carrots. Not a very nutritious diet. I also see them giving their iguanas crickets quite often. From all of the research I have done, it is highly agreed that iguanas are not actually omnivorous, but herbivores.
