What can I have for lunch today?

I am hesitant on what have for lunch today, so I thought "Why not asking some tips to myLotters?", here in Italy it's 11 and I have time to go to the store to buy something. What is your suggestion? Frozen food? Spaghetti? Pizza? McDonald?
I was forgetting... something less expensive as possible please, obviously i'm running out of money lol.

I think for afternoon lunch you should surely start with some good vegetable soup and then some spaghetti which has some vegetables and chicken if you want mixed in it. And you can have fresh green salad. In the afternoon you should have full and healthy lunch. It is in the evening when you should think of some light dinner.....but Mcdonald.....obviously not.........itis junk food.....do you agree or not?????????????
