What are the key factors in a good relationship?

We can see that there are many break-ups, divorces, relationships that didn't last. And there are different reasons why they all happen. In your opinion, what really are the key factors that are essential in order to have a good relationship?

Your trust with one another... if you have trust! there's no jealousy and fights... With trust you can't be happy with each other's company... ;)
