Buying a house, would definately be in the country with lots of land. With rolling hills, sparkling creeks & rivers, the smell of the gum from the gum trees & of course the clean fresh air. Who wants to live in the city when its full of SMOG!

It is advantageous to have a house in city area. But those are lucky like me to have a house in the heart of city. The prices are soaring like any thing one would be tempted to sell their houses go to suburban areas. I don't intend to sell and let my children decide about it after i leave this world.

I will select a living place by the river. Live along the river where peaceful vistas greet you. Tensions and stresses of our hectic lifestyle are gently washed away by the quiet flow of river. Rejuvenate your soul, calm your mind amidst tastefully landscaped grounds. Verdant greenery soothes tired eyes. Catch the darting flash of jewel-toned dragonflies or the sparkle of the kingfisher's iridescent plumage. Hearken back to a time when life flowed more gently, down memory lane. barefoot fishing rod in hand.. That's why I bought a house at Peninsula Park, Malacca, Malaysia.
