Use www/freewebs.com/ they give you a list of web page templates to choose from. Plus it is all FREE. You can put what ever info you want into the webpage. I use them. I have recently bought my domain name. Here is my website that was made through freewebs.

Hi
This is an INCREDIBLE site:-
http://www.bluevoda.com/It is a FREE downloadable .exe file that allows you to build web sites.
The instructions are INCREDIBLY easy, and if you can use MicroSoft WORD and MicroSoft POWERPOINT it is just so EASY!The instructions are pretty easy to follow and like I said it is F R E E
Look at our website for our holiday villa, and it did not take long to build it.

As I was told when I was wanting to do a webpage but not really the cleverest when it comes to computers, I was told I had the easiest program of all....WORD....I found it so easy and now have my webpage up and running and twelve months after starting the National Library contacted me wanting to archive it so it can't be too bad....
