Perl Programming

Well perl is very powerful interpreted language which got a very strong string handling capabilities along with other functionalities. Perl is also used for system level programming in most of the OS especially Linux systems. Many programmers are still not aware of the perl language even though it is powerful. I think programmers who are not aware of this language mainly comes from windows platforms. Programmers from *nix platforms would be aware since they usually encounter perl scripts in those platform frequently. Another thing about perl language is that perl programmers are in the highly paid category and there are a lot of openings for perl programmers.

As I am a computer greek, learned C programming and designing stuff too but have not heard about Perl Programming yet. Thanks for sharing such information with us.
