Should Illegals Be Deported Or Allowed To Stay?

Most people call it immigration reform others call it an invasion of the country by predominantly poor Mexican workers trying to escape economic hardships in their homeland.
Another group of illegal immigrants consist of people who overstay their work/student/tourist visas. Do you think mass deportation and restructuring is necessary? Amnesty? Employer sanctions? Enforcement of existing laws?
How do we solve the ever growing illegal immigration problem?

I think if you do something wrong, you shouldnt be rewarded for it. I have nothing against legal immigrants who come into the country the way they should. But if you break the law of the country you should be sent back. If you choose to want to come, you should do it the right way.

The following illegal immigration story broker my heart for the little girl:
http://www.ferrarichannel.com/videos.php?id=83
My position on the issue:
1. Demand does not justify illegal supply.
2. Families of criminal U.S. Citizens are broken apart each and every time a citizen goes to jail so the "breaking families" apart via deportation claim is bogus.
3. Bush is pro-illegal because he was a border state governor.
4. There is too much favoritism towards Mexico and very little consideration towards legal or illegal immigrants from other cultures. Why?
5. Illegals cost tax payers over $100 Billion dollars per year in social services. They cost more than they contribute.
6. ID theft.
7. Jail overcrowding
8. DUI's
9. Rapes, Murders, homicides, etc. all additional things we
do not need by having their presence here.
10. Enforcing the law is not racism.
11. Protests are predomintanly Mexican not by voices representing global immigrants.
12. Visa overstayers are a small portion of the illegal immigration problem.
13. California spends $12.5 Billion per year educating the children of illegals yet teachers have to forego better salaries because the money is applied towards the wrong people.
14. Without a wall built FiRST, immigration reform is futile.
15. It IS possible to build a wall if we wanted to. The Chinese built their 4,000 mile long wall by hand.
16. It IS Possible to carry out statewide deportations, asset seizure and sale if we wanted to.
Do you agree?

I'm for amnesty, provided the only law broken was the one in coming here. The country has a history of accepting immigrants. Mostly they are just looking for a better life for themselves and their families and are prepared to work hard for it.
More security at our borders seems prudent, given the threat of terrorism. Possibly a quota system can be deployed that allows application for and legal entry into the country that would given those wanting to immigate a legal, safe, way of doing so.
