Avoiding Food in Mood out situations!

In this world everyone had different kind of situations to became moodout, In these kind of situations everyone will stay in different way of attitude to feel that upset. Most of the people will not take food, some people will angry will others, some people will break things what they had in their hand.
Not taking food is the best way while comparing other way of reflecting the moodout. When we are in hungry it will reduce our angry, i felt it so many time. I just want to know that what you people think to do in these kind of situations.

Avoiding food is not a good way to show our mood out.Hope we are angry with someone else or ourselves but surely not with food.Then what is the reason for showing the acute anger towards food for which we work all day and earn money?
Better is to keep ourselves calm when we are in mood out which will solve problems.We dont need to show it to the person responsible for the anger nor break anything resulting in wastage of money.
One could see people starving for food to keep them alive and hence i dont find its wise to show our mood reflection towards food.
An anger man gets his anger doubled if he starves is what i believe and felt this situation personally. so we can keep us cool by taking food and reduce the tension therefore.

I'm not denying ur thoughts to mylot, the main thing is for what reason you going to give your comment, what the issue or the discussion topic is posted. It should be seen through a clear view, then fire ur comments. Without willing to get clear picture of discussion, we should not post our comment with waste words. See what u did !
