What are your plans for the 4th of July?

Anyone have any special plans coming up? Any traditions? Going to see a parade? Barbecueing? Shooting off fireworks? Are you going to see a big fireworks show anywhere?

I haven't been to a parade for a long time. We just might have to take my son. We will go to my mom's for her 4th of July party. She has it every year. It's so much fun! We will watch fireworks like we do every year at the same place. We will probably take my son to the fair this weekend.

Sounds great! We're actually going to a fourth parade for the first time this year, but we're not watching. My husband's company is having us hold the strings on one of those big balloons at parades! That's going to be a first for me!
