Help Me Implement a Plan to Revolutionize Men's Fashion

Fellow myLotters, I need your suggestions! I have just started conducting research for a friend who has some brilliant ideas for the design of men's suits and dress shoes. He does not have formal training or contacts in the industry, however. He has some designs that he feels passionately about and he has the financial resources to make it happen. I have been delegated with the task of getting the project started. There are an awful lot of brilliant and talented mylotters out there. Even if you do not have any expertise in this industry I would still like to have your input (and if you do have expertise, please share what you know if you are so inclined). What would you do? Where would you start? What information would you need? What are some of your ideas for implementing this project? I'm very impressed with the level of talent and intelligence in the discussions I see here on myLot. It's a pleasure to be a part of such a wonderful community.
