Anyone have any good recipes for fish batter? I'm just looking for some ideas as to what to dip my fish in before I put it into the oil. Any secret seasonings or tips to try? TIA!
My basic batter recipe is pretty much the same as everyone elses. But I like to add some spice to it. So I toss in some louisina cajun seasoning. It adds a little bit of flavor to it.
This might sound crazy but I have found that coating fish with egg and then dipping them into crushed cheetos is delicious! You could always add some extra seasonings if you wanted more zing.
