If she is still young and you no longer have her sleeping like that it will eventually go back to normal shape. My daughter was a Preme and when she was in the hospital they always layed her on her back and then rolled her head to one side and she got a flat part on her head, even when she came home she was so used to sleeping like that she wouldnt sleep any other way. her head was flat on the side and kinna the back for a while up till she was past one and then it eventualy just started shapping itself to the right way. I would ask your pediatrician next time you take your baby to the see them just in case. some head diformities can be more serious then others.

Most of the time it will correct itself eventually. For now you can keep her in a different position all the time that she spends awake. Have her pediatrition look at it though and monitor it closely. In some cases babies need to wear a special "helmet" to get thire heads back into a more natural shape.

Dont worry,it will cure itself as youir kid grows older but see him when he sleps adjust his head in middle of two small pillows very tightly then it will help your problem solved very easily. All the best.
