Well I would certainly ask him about it, and ask him why he wasnt honest with you. sometimes guys get confussed about things and start to wander down the wrong path but I dont think thats your problem here, just take the time and talk with him when you two are alone.

Take a deep breath and confront him. I think communication still is the best way to clear things out... its hard to pretend that everythings ok. Good luck to you, sweetkisses :)

you've never had a simple disagreement? wow! about your problem, i think it would be better if you ask him when you two have your time alone, but don't show him that you're mad. i think he will be more honest with you if he sees that you're asking him because you knew it already and you want to save your relationship. good luck! i know you can fix this:)
