Do you think you judge others by the way the represents themselves or how they talk?
I feel I do judge people BUT to a point, I judge others by the way they dress in public because as a cashier I see tons of different people and when I judge others they actually end up being so different then when I first thought so I know I need to stop that.
Like lets say there is a customer that comes in and its a big muscular guy so I assume he is just going to be rude or ignorant and maybe pushy and not friendly at all (remember this is just an example) and I ask "hi, how are you doing today?" and they are like the nicest most friendliest person around and you feel so bad after thinking "wow, was I wrong or what!"..lol..
Sometimes, I MIGHT be right because of whatever but I also feel I am being judged a lot too because of how some "classy" "professional" people come in and I am more right about that then anything, because a lot of times they are very snotty and SO picky...lol..but whatever, take me as I am and I am not saying this about all people that are professional because trust me there are some average joes that are the same exact way and maybe worse at times!
Do you judge certain people or feel as if your being judged?

I judge people by their actions. That doesn't mean I don't have friends that do things I abhor, or I don't do things that bother them. I think it important to see people as they are, whether you accept them as they are or not.

I don't judge people but I have learnt over time to trust my gut instinct, I don't think you can judge on how a person dresses but I think sometimes you can get a vibe about someone but I would never act on that unless I had some positive proof of what my instinct was telling me.

Oh ya that is very true, I would never act on it either and I always give them respect even if they don't because I don't like to be rude or cruel and plus sometimes it is just better to be nice and respect others even if they decide not to. Makes your job and life a lot easier for sure.
Thanks so much for your comment.

Great discussion. Unfortunately I'm guilty of judging people all the time. I think if we feel bad about ourselfves we pass that on to others even in our own minds. I to wish I could control that part of myself better.

Well, I am unsure why I even do this and I guess I am just the type to want to please everyone and so I "assume" things and "judge" even if I am wrong and I am glad when I am or maybe not.
Thanks so much for your comment. Take care

Well, all we judge. When we have own opinion and analyze something or somebody, we judge. We just must not cross the line and to think that we are superior and sinless. It`s ok to tell the others the mistakes, but it`s different to demonstrate how right you are and how bad they are. It`s important to keep a good feeling.

Thats very true and I do that as well and trust me there are soooo many wonderful, kind hearted people out there that I wish I could know better and wish I could keep intouch with because you can't find those types all the time.
Thanks for your comment.
