linkin park's new album has gotten mixed reviews and I was wondering, do you think this band is not as comfortable with eachother as they once were? their sound is definetly different and some songs seems to be lacking the depth and passion that lp once had. Give your thoughts.

They're probably just trying a new style. This is their third album...so its just natural that they try a different style.
And I think that they're stil comfortable with each other. I mean, they are not just bandmates but they are good friends as well.

I personally haven't heard their album yet, but they're newest single kind sucks (in my honest opinion). It's way too mild for LP I think. They lost their spark.
Though a friend of mine saw them live at a festival and they ROCKED!
Even the songs he doesn't like on the album were GREAT on stage.
So I don't know what to think... yet
