Do you get the proper amount of sleep each night so you awake rested and ready for the next day? I don't think I do, especially in the summer. I have a tendency to stay up too late because it's still light and have to get up at 4a.m. for work. I do take naps and love them and they help me get over the little bump of tiredness I have in early afternoon. How many of you actually get at least 8 hours or enough to get you throught the next day without dragging?

I am guessing I dont get the proper amount of sleep because the doctors reccomend at least 8 hours a sleep a nightin order for you to have a productive and active day but I normally get only 5 to 6 hours of sleep but on the weekends I get up to 12 hours of sleep but I feel awake when I sleep only 6 hours and I feel good but I still dont feel im getting enough sleep and sometimes it does hut me.

Most of the time I get 8 hours...I need my sleep. I need my 8 hours and I don't get up until about 7:00...so if I get to bed by 11:00..I get what I need.

No not even close. I have a 4 year old and a 6 month old and sleep. What is sleep? When I finally get my 4 year old to sleep my 6 month old is ready to party. So I probably go to bed at 2:30 a.m. and she gets up at 6:00 a.m and then 8:00 a.m. But my 4 year old gets up at 7:00 a.m. So thats what time my day starts. So about 4or5 hours a day. How sad and depriving is that?

I thought getting six hours a night was bad. You seriously need some extra time! Thanks for sharing!
