An Apple a day, keeps the doctor away. So this ways, no chocolates on days, keeps the Dentist away:-) But this is not true for many of us, as being humans most of us are fond of sweets, chocolates and all.....that gives us sometimes many dental issues. So how many do you have visited your dentist till now? Is it very often or you never got any need to do so? I am a long time victim for so, as I had my Braciles done with my teeth for their starightening, and all these took almost three years to complete the full treatment.....Share your experiences if you have.....

I think for most people, they should at least visit the dentist at least once a year for normal checkups. For some, maybe twice or thrice a year is necessary.
It is quite important to visit the dentist since no matter how good you brush or floss your teeth, there will be some places you can't clean by yourself.

I grew up knowing that we have to visit the dentist twice a year. But I'm guilty of not following that myself. hehe. Although I try to visit my dentist at least once a year. Which reminds me, I'm due to go to the dentist next month. ^__________^

I visit my dentist every 6 months, and I always pray that he don't find any cavities. My last 2 trips have been good, but I go again in August, so I'll see.
