Ok, Wedding drama's!!!

My fiance and I have finally picked a date to be married. Its the 4th of April, 2009. We decided on such a far away date to give us time to save, and we will be at the right stages in our lives (we have a young daughter, and are building houses at the moment). We are getting married in the Whitsundays, not sure which island yet though. We are sending out invitations out 12 months in advance so everyone can save enough money to be able to make it up there. We are having a small wedding, 20 people maximum. This is where it gets hard. The invites need to be out by April next year, a long time away I know. And with the invites, im making up a little 'pack' of information for the guests. It will include hotels on the island, flights, activities and a plan of what will happen over the few days. But I need help! Im writting a letter to go with the pack, and I just cant word it correctly! Its driving me insane. I know I have alot of time, but in reality, I dont. I like to start things early in case something else comes up, and so everything will be perfect and not rushed. Can anyone help? Has anyone done this sort of thing before??
