As the society gets more affluent, jobs will also get more competitive. In order to be ahead of your peers and even your colleagues, what do you think of the skills are needed to advance in your career? Soft skills are skills pertaining to your character, people skills, communication and etc. Hard skills aka technical set skills are your knowledge based skills picked up in your workplace, for example can range from learning baking, engineering skills and etc. How about packaging? Do you think that people that are taller, prettier and good looking are at a better position in looking for a job or even advancing career advancement?
