work out for atleast 45 min. daily. have a glass of warm water with honey early in the morning.you can add 1 lemon to it.

is it true that if you drink ice cold water often, it can help in fat burning? since the body will need to produce heat to accomodate the icy water, thus speeding up the metabolism.

bt i think hot water burns r calroies not cold water many pple has lost weight while drinkg hot water after their meals or early morng

eat only at the regular time, breakfast, lunch and dinner. cut all the snacking, if you hungry in between meal time, fruit is the best choice.

I am also struggling to reduce weight. Drinking 6-10 litres of water a day would help. Also cut your sugarintake, junk foods,rice etc. Inlude fruits and vegittables in your diet.Try to walk atleast 2 kms a day.This helps to some extent.
