What are your Fears? Have you Conquered them?

I have fear of spiders. I don't know how this fear started. All i know is that i fear spiders. I don't like seeing one. I tried many times to overcome this fear but i just can't. I think i will have to live with this fear all my life. My sister doesn't like worms. That's her fear. How about you? Do you have fears? have you conquered your fears?

I do not fear spiders, because they are one of the most wonderful artists of nature...who create a marvellous web.
I do fear scorpiarns, snakes and other same kind animals.

that's nice. At least you don't experience the same feeling i get everytime i see a spider. i fear snakes but i can handle staring at them or even touching them. But spiders, i can even look at them for long. can't stand the looks..

no childhood memories lead me to fear spiders. In fact i played with some type of spiders them when i was a kid. I don't why i fear spiders. i don't like their looks!

I have had a lot of fears. When I was a kid I used to be very afraid of ghosts and darkness. I was so afraid that I can't even go to the bathroom alone.
My parents always tried to make me better but I always was afraid. But then my village is in a place where there used to be frequent power cuts. One fine night it so happened that we had no candles and then occured a power faliure. I had to go alone all way long inside the mid of the village to get the candles for us all alone. Then I recognised that when you have full trust in God then there is no room for fear.
No that I wasn't afraid at all but yes I kept on praying inside my heart which gave me strength to move on.
I also used to be afraid of the insects, those crawlers and the snakes. But when I have now grown up I have faced so many of them, and everytime I have learnt that human brain is the best weapon and nothing is stronger than that, moreover when you don't do wrong nothing wrong happens to you too.
The biggest thing is to believe in yourself and your Lord. Thats it, nothing to fear at all.

I fear of heights. I still have my fear but sometimes I can overcome it. I've done flying fox or standing at the edge of tall building. I can overcome it unless I start to thinking that I'm gonna fall.

Hi, I have a fear of heights and an overwelming fear of confrontation. I think the best way to overcome is to slowly work your way toward meeting your fears. At one time I couldnt even drive my car over a bridge but that doesnt really bother me that much now. Its still there, but I can work around it. As for the confrontation, again, I still dont like it but I have to deal with it. I decided that I would take on a supervisor position so now I have no choice. Take care, Terry

im afarid with something flying especially if it is big.. very scary..
i think i will never e familiar with that kind of thing like bee.
