I am not in my mind yet, i haven't prepared myself for the next job interviews if ever it will comes on my way. I would like to gather some ideas on best answers and toughest questions most of you encountered during the time of finding a job. What do you think is the toughest job interview question you encountered and what is the best answer for it?

I think the toughest question is "what is your strength and weakness",when asked this question,I just do not know how to reply.and till now,I still do not have the right answer.

the toughest interview question i have ever encountered was "how do you see your self in 10 years?". it was tough because i have not even thought about it once. i do not have my goals set. it was the most nerve racking question i have ever heard. i ended up stuttering until i finished the question.

In my point of view their is no such tough interviews that you will encounter if in your curriculum vitae or resume you been honest all along. And the position you are applying for is related to your course of study and experiences.
If some interview comes on your way, I can say : "Just be yourself and be confident on what you are saying". (,")
