Has anyone experienced diving with whale sharks (butanding)?

whale shark up close! - this gentle giants of the sea measures from 15 ft. to 40 ft. The whale shark have pola dots on its huge body and feeds only on plankton and krills. They are harmless, gentle and playful. There isn't any incident that they attacked humans.

There is a place in the philippines where in you can go diving with the whale sharks. you can see an approximate 8 to 13 whale sharks per encounter. being close with this creature really gives you an awesome experience. They say this phenomenon cant be seen in other parts of the world.
