Plucking eyebrows

My grandmother always tells me not to pluck our eyebrows. Sha said that it would make you look older. Hence, I did not touch mine. My younger sister started plucking her eyebrows when she was in highschool. She looked like she was sick. I teased and made fun of her. I watched my other female classmates how they trim their eyebrows. I never figured how to do that. I went to a stylist and asked to have my eyebrows trimmed and fixed. The stylist told me how to maintain it but I was totally clueless! How do you pluck your eyebrows? Do you prefer using a razor or blade?
