Which code do you use to add a graphic to a comment left on friend's page?

I created a small glitter graphic and wanted to include it when leaving a comment for friends on their home pages, but have been unsuccessful.
I have tried image code, html code and the web address of where it is stored but none seem to work.
Any ideas of what I am doing wrong?

Are you talking about having the image uploaded at Photobucket? As they have that..the image, html, and web address--it's important that you get the complete coding--if you're missing just even one part of the code it won't work...and for putting the image on a person's page it always has to be the html code--I never rely on the photobucket message that says image copied...but do the old copy/paste the old fashioned way...control/c then control/v

Thanks ever for best response...did you try it out yet--and maybe you could help me...hehe--how DOES one make their own glitter image anyway??

You're welcome. :) Do you have Paint Shop Pro? I know many people use Adobe Photoshop (which has all the same functions) but I dont know how to use that one and am just self-learning with my PSP program. If you would like, I can show you some tutorials online...they helped me get started...just pm me and let me know what you have for a graphics program. :D
