Do you own or Rent you house?

Congrats ! Angel for owning a new house. Really it is a matter of pride for you. Each person's dream is to have its own house. You have succeeded soon. Really it gives pleasure when you own your house. Living on rent has different experience. If the house owner is of good nature then we can spend more time but at the same time if he/she is rough then we may have to decide to leave and look for other house. In such case we have to think forcefully for our own house but in this expensive era each are not so lucky person only few of us get chance of having own house. Wow! Congratulations! Right now I am still renting my place and I envy a friend who was able to buy her own house. I was a little aprehensive about buying or having to loan for a house right now. I feel that I cannot afford it yet and besides, I don't think I need to have one right now since I am still single. Maybe when I have a family then at least my husband and I can share the burden and the pride of having our own house.

We have bought and sold a couple of houses, and yes its a wonderful feeling, you can do whatever you like to it to make it your home.

Right now we're still renting a house. My brothers and sisters are still in college and we can't afford to buy a house right now. It really is difficult renting because aside from giving out cash and not owning a house, it is sometimes difficult dealing with landlords. We're lucky our landlord is kind, he's long time family friend. Congratulations on your new house!
