Yes.
I have many times, when I've had mine pulled away from me but generally I can even if it wasn't pulled away before.

I sometimes i don't use pillow on my head while i am sleeping coz sometimes i don't feel like it. I am using a very thin pillow on my head so that i don't get a back pains after i woke up. I have a soft bed that i can sleep even without pillows.

I cant. I am used of having 3-5 pillows and I want my pillows to be colorful and smells good. One on my head, two on both sides, then two under my two legs... I almost sleep over the whole bed when I am sleeping. One time I visit a friend's house and there is only one pillow available... I could not sleep the whole night as if something is missing... at around 4 in the morning... I told my friend that I should leave and go home straight to bed...with my pillows around me... Hmmm that was the nicest sleep i ever had.

I not only require one pillow over my head, but I want one for my legs, two for hugging and 2 other strewn around me.I like the cozy feeling when there are cushy pillows all around me.But when I wake up all pillows will be on the ground and me alone in my bed.I roll that much in sleep!!!!!!!!!

No way! I am a big pillow fans and I would not be able to sleep without one. I actually sleep with three pillows. One behind my head and one in each side of my bed. I don't know why it is just so much more comfortable and I guess it just gives me a sense of 'security' hehe. Very nice discussion I would be surprised if others sleep without a pillow. They must have back or neck problems if they do lol Rated +.

Hello ifinallyfoundmybaby,
I am definitely not that person who can just fall asleep soundly without a pillow. I have this funny feeling where I feel safe if I am surrounded by so many pillows. It some kind of protection for me (from what? I also don't know the answer) Last time, I could only sleep if I have at least 4 pillows with me : one under my head, two by my sides and another one at my feet *smile* Now that I am married, I only use two pillows as my husband will throw away all the pillows that 'protect' me as he needs more space on the bed *smile*

No. When you sleep without a pillow your neck has no support. This ceamping of you neck will cause headaches, muscle spasms and even more pain in your back. A firm mattress will give you good support for your back. Possibly use a pillow under the small of your back or, if you sleep on you side, between your knees to straighten out you back and lend support there.

I don't think I could sleep without a pillow. I sleep on my stomach and like you said, the feeling of having something soft under my head is comforting.
